Carb loading. It’s a thing.

But what about people who (literally) can’t stomach a bowl of spaghetti with a thick slice of french bread? For gluten free runners, the typical runner’s diet looks a little different.¬†Every runner can agree, gastrointestinal distress in the middle of a race is a dismal experience. And when you’re gluten free, the culprit can be lurking in any number of foods.

So what CAN you eat?
